If you prefer the traditional, hard
copy application, please download and print the
manual form (PDF).
GHCC does, however, recommend completing the online application. By
completing this application, you'll also create a customizable member
profile. Throughout the 2010 Pool Season and beyond, this profile will
provide a self-service account management center:
- Update your
contact information
- Upload member pictures
- Renew your
membership without filling out a new application every year
Looking
for the electronic form?If you've previously used the PDF
application with interactive form fields, this format has been replaced
by an
online application.
After completing
the online application, you'll be given the following options for
payment:
- Secure online payment through PayPal (credit, debit,
electronic funds transfer)
- Check by mail
- Cash (must be
coordinated with a board member)
